Shallow Dive (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website shallowdiveband.com (the “Site”) under Peace Grenade Records (managed by Pitch Perfect Promotions Limited).   4. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION: Bandzoogle, our website builder service, may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited to maintain site functionality and performance.
